Challenge

Protect the sector from a government public call that posed a threat to market competition.

Action
We prepared a Strategic Plan consisting of public hearings and the establishment of communication channels with the Legislative and Executive Powers.

Thus, we engaged parliamentarians with the agenda and publicly addressed issues through the press that would impact the market.

Result

We met the client’s demands by changing the public notice and securing the client’s contract with the Ministry.
